How Do You Get Free Cartel Coins in SWTOR?
Be careful with the cartel coins, if you are new to the game, then do not spend your coins on undesirable items. You need cartel coins to unlock accounts, to buy certain Armor sets, weapons, toys, color crystals, pack companions, flairs, and so on.
The most basic way to earn cartel coins without using codes is to focus on the game achievements. You can go to the legacy tab and then to achievements, you can take a look at all achievements and their rewards. Target all those achievements who offer cartel coins.
The second way is to complete the classes, as you complete a class you get 20 cartel coins. You can even earn repeatedly from the same class by changing the servers.
The third way to earn the cartel coins is the security key; the security key gives you 100 cartel coins per month.
The fourth way is one of the great way to earn cartel coins; you can use your referral link to share on the SWTOR community forum. Each referral link use gives 600 cartel coins.
Remember to not spam your referral link in the forum, be genuine, ask questions there and answer others and then refer your link.
The last way is the subscription; game content subscription offers 500 complimentary cartel coins. It increases as you choose a higher subscription.
How Do I Get A Security Key for SWTOR?
The security key has two important benefits. The SWTOR security key gives 100 complimentary coins each month, and it also gives access to the in-game security game vendor.
Login the SWTOR.com click on My SWTOR, scroll down and click on the security key tab in the sidebar.
There are two types of getting security keys, one is a mobile security key, and another is a physical security key.
Mobile security key:
- Log in to your SWTOR account from your desktop device and also download its mobile app.
- Go to the Security key tab; click on the ‘Setup a new mobile security key’, you’ll receive OTP on your registered email address. Put that OTP in the bar displayed on your desktop screen.
- Click continue; then you’ll see a serial number, put that number in the SWTOR Security Key mobile app on your phone.
- Save that code for further reference in case you need to contact game support. Click on Continue in the mobile app; you’ll see another generated code there.
- Put that code into 2nd bar that you see on the desktop screen displaying the security tab from your SWTOR account.
- Click on the Save button and you all done.
- So this is how you generate a mobile security key in the SWTOR.
Physical security key:
- Login to your SWTOR account from your desktop device, from My SWTOR, go to the Security key tab.
- You’ll receive a one-time password on your registered/validated email address. Enter that password in the bar displayed on your desktop screen, you may need to add some security question first.
- Click ‘Setup a new physical security key’, you will be prompted to enter another one time password.
- Enter the code available on your physical security key device and from your Mobile Security key.
- Click on the save, and your physical security key will link to your SWTOR account.
How Do You Redeem SWTOR Codes in Star Wars The Old Republic?
To redeem the codes, Login to your web SWTOR account on SWTOR.com, then click on the MY SWTOR.
You can see a sidebar there, 5th option in the sidebar is ‘Code Redemption’ click on it, then click on the ‘Enter a Code’ button.
Next, you’ll see a box named ‘Enter Your Code below Exactly as It Appears’, enter the code in the following bar, click on continue, you’ll see what reward you earned from that code.
